Noisy building, no internet, not what I expected from advert, good location though and good shower

Trotz der mangelhaften Küchenausstattung war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich. Der Außenbereich war schön.

Es gab kein Spülmittel, keine Abtrockentücher, für die Kapselmaschine nur 5 Kapseln. Kein separates Handtuch zum Händeabtrocknen, weder in der Küche noch im Bad. Man sollte eine Angabe zur Treppe machen, mit einem größeren Gepäckstück kann man diese kaum bewältigen.

Goede locatie met potentie in een prachtige stad.

De locatie, dicht bij het station en het centrum. Veel potentie om het verder op te waarderen. Op werkdagen snelle reactie op berichten.

Veel lawaai van de smalle straat, met tram. Zeer weinig voorzieningen in de kitchenette; geen lepels, glazen of kommetjes. Na een overstroming in de douche geen middelen om het op te dweilen of schoon te maken, geen vloerwisser in de badkamer. Op zo'n en feestdagen niemand te bereiken.

Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert!

Vorsicht!!! In der Beschreibung wird suggeriert, dass es zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer + ein Wohnzimmer gibt, das ist falsch!!! Auf den Fotos wird nicht gezeigt, dass es in der Whg nur EIN winziges Schlafzimmer (Hochbett + Hocker, kein Schrank) + das Wohnzimmer gibt. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei Einzelbetten und direkt daneben das (Schlaf-) Sofa. Die Betten sind billig, wenn man sich dreht quietschten sie und der Rahmen wackelt... Die Küche ist innenliegend und hat weder Wassergläser, noch tiefe Teller oder Müslischalen im Bestand, Einen großen Topf gab es auch nicht... Wie der Rest der Wohnung war sie und die Ausstattung nur oberflächlich sauber. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes hat das WiFi NICHT funktionniert. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir alles online planen und buchen wollten... Der mit der Wohnung angemietete Parkplatz war sehr schmal und niedrig (Skoda Karoq-Kompakt SUV: Ausstieg aus dem Auto fast nicht möglich). Gegenüber von der Wohnung ist eine Großbaustelle, die vermutlich noch einige Monate da ist: täglich Baulärm ab 7.30 Uhr. Zudem hat es aus den Badabflüssen immer wieder fürchterlich gestunken. Für diese Dinge ist der Vermieter zwar nicht verantwortlich, aber ein Hinweis auf diese Situation wäre mehr als fair gewesen, oder man reduziert halt die Miete, das ist das Mindeste was man erwarten kann. Ich buche seit 30 Jahren mehrmals im Jahr Ferienwohnungen, hier bin ich zum ersten Mal richtig enttäuscht worden. Ich kann die Anmietung dieser Wohnung NICHT empfehlen.

Das Wohnzimmer war gemütlich. Der Außenbereich war schön.
