It has been smartly furbished with lots of hand-picked touches to wow you when you arrive, but the best bit is surely the large balcony which suspends you above the pedestrian high street and looks out onto uninterrupted views of Mont Blanc and the glacier des Bossons.



The layout of Concordia 27 apartment is cleverly divided into zones, with a dedicated sleeping area, allowing you to lounge on the sofa or sit at the dining table without ever feeling confined. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven/microwave combo, fridge-freezer, and wine fridge, so you have everything you need to cook up a lovely meal after a day full of adventures in the valley.



Depending on the weather during your Chamonix holidays, you can choose whether to eat at the dining table or enjoy an al fresco meal on the balcony taking in the stunning views.

The Neighborhood:

Concordia 27 apartment is perfect if you like stepping out of the front door and into the hustle and bustle of Chamonix life. The apartment is located in the heart of the town centre, on the pedestrian high street, although remains quiet thanks to its set back position. The views overlooking the town and out towards the mountains are spectacular. The nearest corner shop is just on the other side of the street, and the larger supermarket is easy to reach at the other end of the high street approx. 400m away. It's less than 200m to the bus stop, or if you're skiing at Brevent, you can reach the drag life at Savoy in less than 10 minutes on foot.



Getting Around:

The Chamonix valley sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains all around. Chamonix valley is ranked one of the top skiing and boarding resorts in the world and while Chamonix is famous for skiing in the winter, you may be surprised to hear that the summertime is just as popular - walking, hiking, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails, even an 18 hole golf course! Not to mention major sports events such as the Mont Blanc Marathon and the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc.
