About this house rental
The Alte Kate in Zingst is a charming, detached vacation home with 55 m² of living space, offering plenty of room across two floors for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea. With a total of 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms, the cottage is ideal for up to 4 people—perfect for couples, families, friends, and even vacations with your dog, as pets are allowed here. As a smoke-free property, it also ensures a pleasantly fresh living environment.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa, armchair, sofa nook, and dining table—ideal for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Entertainment is also taken care of: There are a total of 3 TVs, as well as a radio, CD and DVD players, and a hi-fi system. On cooler days, the fireplace/stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere, while the underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped if you enjoy cooking: a 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and egg cooker are all available. Fly screens let you breathe easily even with the windows open.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, makeup mirror, window, and a hair dryer. Hot water is, of course, available. Handy for longer stays: a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use, along with a clothes rack, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board.
Outside, you can enjoy your time on the patio with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella—and there’s plenty of space in the garden to relax. A free private parking spot (1 space) is also included with the accommodation.
