We could not sleep there

A Hell in Paris !!!

I like when finally I checked out.

Be Aware Before Booking. We rented this apartment for four people, expecting comfortable sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, there was only one queen-size bed and one small sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a box-shaped design and uncomfortable gaps in the middle that caused body aches. It was also far too small to sleep on comfortably. The curtains throughout the apartment were cheap and did not fully cover the windows, allowing sunlight to enter the bedroom, especially during the summer. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The most frustrating issue was the malfunctioning electric stove. When we tried to use it to boil water, it simply didn't work. We contacted the owner at around 9 PM and received a reply before 10 PM. The owner instructed us to make a video following certain steps, which we did, but the stove still wouldn't work. We then requested a technician, but the owner refused, saying it was already too late at night. Then, around midnight, the electric stove suddenly started making irregular, nonstop beeping sounds that continued until the following morning. We couldn't sleep at all. The next day, I contacted the owner, sent video evidence, and requested a refund for the night that was severely disrupted. Instead of offering a solution, the owner questioned why we hadn't contacted them during the night and suggested that we use earplugs. Seriously? We paid a high price to stay in an apartment where we expected to get a good night's sleep—not to spend the night dealing with a malfunctioning appliance. We never expected to need earplugs, so we didn't bring any. And were we, as four women, supposed to leave the apartment at 1 AM to look for earplugs? Due to the lack of sleep, I developed a severe migraine the following day. The owner refused to refund our money and instead claimed that they had already reported the issue to Booking.com. Thankfully, Booking.

une déception totale qui a gâché un séjour prévu de longue date pour faire plaisir à ma fille

Je déplore l'indisponibilité totale de l'hôte et le manque de considération pour les voyageurs qui ont fait le déplacement de l'étranger. Une expérience parisienne gâchée dès le départ à cause d'eux, c'est honteux! L'hôte m'a informé une heure après mon arrivée sur les lieux (je précise que j'attendais dehors avec deux enfants en bas âge et des bagages) que l'appartement avait subi des dégats des eaux la veille!!! La moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir dès la constatation des dégats pour me permettre de trouver une autre solution de logement. Pendant l'attente, l'hôte n'était joignable sur aucun des numéros renseigné à Booking et le service client de booking est tout aussi déplorable!! J'ai souvent voyagé avec booking et ça s'est toujours très bien passé mais je suis peinée de constater qu'en cas de problème, il n'y a que des robots pour nous répondre et aucun d'eux n'a une seule solution valable à proposer! Cet établissement est à fuir si vous voulez être sûrs de parler à quelqu'un en cas de problème
