Enjoy a relaxing holiday by the Adriatic Sea and leave the stresses of everyday life behind in a Mediterranean setting. Check into your holiday flat on the first floor and look forward to bright, cosy rooms. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV or gather round the dining table for meals together. The open-plan kitchen with plenty of worktop space makes self-catering a breeze. Step out onto the small covered balcony and enjoy the view over the surrounding area, stretching all the way to the sea, whilst you have breakfast. Spend some relaxing hours outdoors too. The shared grounds offer several seating areas, so you can choose between sun and shade. Take a seat at one of the garden tables or use the communal barbecue for a convivial evening of grilling. Mediterranean plants and natural stone walls lend the outdoor area a typical Istrian flair. Discover Medulin and make the most of its proximity to the sheltered bay with its clear, turquoise waters. Go for a swim at the popular sandy beach of Bijeca or try out various water sports. Take a trip to the southern tip of Istria and explore hidden coves, rocky coastlines and walking trails through the Mediterranean landscape in the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park. You can also visit nearby Pula and explore the impressive Roman amphitheatre, the Temple of Augustus and the historic old town. - Air conditioning - Houseowner lives on the site
