The property manager Saif was professional and contacted me promptly and communicated everything properly. He was there when i went hotel and explained everything i need to know. The property is safe with good security. Room was neat and clean and towels and toiletries were there. Also had a nice view of KLCC. There is a 7/11 and other shops below the property so it was very convenient. Also had Quill city mall just next to it.

The view was amazing, pool and gym were on top of this tall hotel building so amazing view and really nice. The room had a washing machine and helped a great deal.
The room didn’t appear to have been cleaned well, extremely cheap furniture and couch was broken when we arrived. The couch was very uncomfortable anyway because it was actually a futon.

basic serviced apartment room, in an average area, for one night is ok, check in guy was polite.
Poolside toilets smelled terrible, the whole place was a bit like an indian & Arabian accommodation rooms.
