About this apartment rental
It consists of two floors (one sleeping floor with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room, and one floor with a living/dining room, a small kitchen, and a shower room/toilet), each with a terrace overlooking the sea. Here you can enjoy reading, chatting, and dining, or simply relax while gazing out at the sea and the horizon.
A small living area with a dining table and 4 chairs, a sofa, and 3 armchairs.
Unique ocean view from our 2 balconies!
View of the harbor and the bay.
Interaction with guests:
Unfortunately, we are not on-site ourselves—we live in Germany,
so communication takes place via chat, email, or phone.
In case of an emergency, the lady who also does the final cleaning is available.
Additional relevant information:
The floors are connected by a half-flight of stairs in the hallway (not inside the apartment), as the structural integrity of the 900-year-old house and the regulations of the “Comune Riomaggiore” do not permit otherwise.
The bathroom and toilet are located on the upper living floor, so not near the bedrooms!!

Neighborhood description:
The Cinque Terre is simply indescribably beautiful—an enchanting little corner of the world.
There is so much to discover there and in the surrounding area—the sea right outside your front door, narrow alleys, the Italian “dolce vita,”
and wonderful hiking trails through lemon and olive groves along the coast. Places worth visiting, such as Portovenere, which you can also reach by boat from Riomaggiore.
The fantastic weekly market in La Spezia with wonderfully fresh fish, fruits, and vegetables—and so much more...
Getting around near the accommodation:
Good train connections.
It takes about 5–10 minutes to walk to the train station.
It’s best to leave your car behind, since the train is much faster in any direction (La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Portofino, Genoa, etc.).
