Good price but a doubtful facilities
Good location for the price
Super cold and would not change room temperature or provide with a small space heater. The room temperature cold enough that I purchased a heater myself to manage 5 days

Terrible, deceptive add no separate bathroom, photos similar but AI generated photos
Newly posted property on BOOKING.COM. Nothing to be liked about this property, crappy old property they tried fixing lots at the property BUT useless. Nothing as posted on the Booking.com portal. HEADSUP BOOKING.COM WILL NOT HELP IN REFUNDING YOUR MONEY BACK, I SHARED THE ADDRESSED PROBLEM WITH POHOTO AS PROOF. This guy MOMO must have friends and family to leave reviews on the other portals and have 8.0+ reviews in just 17 reviews. IMPOSSIBLE with this kind of property!!!! I would give negative 1000 stars if I had an option
- One shared/common bathroom. as its hiding under "People are asking" section, in entire ad it doesn't says private bathroom. says bathroom, so it's deceptive.
- Other occupants/construction workers were regularly using the property those live in basement made us very uncomfortable as a family with small kids.
- Extremely poor cleanliness, I have no option to post photos, else I would post it publicly.
• Hair throughout the floors including room we stayed and all common areas.
• Hair inside the refrigerator and that appeared dirty and had dripping/dirty areas inside.
• An unwashed mop and mop bucket sitting in the kitchen beside/touching the refrigerator.
• A kitchen garbage bin that was repeatedly full by other occupants living downstairs,
• Visible mold in the bathroom with the bathtub
- The electrical outlet in our room did not have a proper cover. Our 1.5 old child somehow put her finger near the exposed outlet and received an electrical shock and almost died
- Broken step at the entrance,
- Kitchen blinds were completely broken and provided no privacy
- Poor exterior maintenance — grass and weeds When we arrived, grass and weeds essentially welcomed us. and same in the backyard.
- Unacceptable temperature conditions: During the daytime, the AC was so cold that our children had to wear coats inside the property. At night, however, the room became extremely uncomfortable and felt suffocating, with the temperature apparently around 27°C inside. With two very young children, we expected a reasonably comfortable and safe indoor environment. We had one room in the property and open the door for ventilation. We couldn't open windows in the backyard condition mentioned above.
- Parking problems: Although free parking was advertised, we were instructed to park in front of the garage.
