About this apartment rental
You’ll find a 100-square-meter newly built apartment (completed in 2023) with 2 bedrooms (a 1.80-meter-wide bed in one bedroom and a 1.60-meter-wide bed in the second bedroom). If there are more than 4 guests, the couch in the living room can be folded out and set up as an additional bed. The very spacious bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a large, walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. The open-concept living-dining area is situated between the kitchen and the living room. From there, you can access both the south-facing and west-facing balconies and enjoy the panoramic view of the Chiemgau Alps. The bedroom on the west side also offers easy access to the west-facing balcony. The floors in the bathroom, kitchen, hallway, and toilet are made of exposed concrete. The remaining floors are finished with high-quality old-oak parquet.
