It is by a steep road, historically called "la Calade", that we access this unique property with a southern accent. Villa Cazal is a country house with emerald-colored shutters, perched on the hill of Arles, in a natural area listed as "landscape heritage of the Alpilles". A wooded park of more than one hectare surrounds the house. It offers a particularly appreciable feeling of tranquility and confidentiality, while being in the immediate vicinity of the city. The pool pool is ideal for a refreshing swim or a sports swim. For your moments of relaxation, the pool terrace is equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and parasols. Further down, on the large shaded terrace, you will find everything you need to spend pleasant meals with family or friends, such as a gas barbecue, a large outdoor table, as well as garden furniture. It offers a panoramic view of the park with the city of Arles in the background. It is an ideal point of view to admire the setting sun. Inside Villa Cazal, there is a large air-conditioned living area with several sofas, a smart TV, a fireplace and a reading area. The house has 7 double bedrooms with hotel-quality sleeping. 5 of them are equipped with a "Queen Size" bed and 2 of them with a "King size" bed. There is also an eighth bedroom for children. For a pleasant summer sleep, the bedrooms are all equipped with a cooling system such as ceiling fans or air conditioning (for two bedrooms on the first floor then FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED VILLA FROM APRIL 2027). The dining room can accommodate 12 adult guests (additional chairs and a side table are available if needed).
