Our family-run guesthouse is located on a well-maintained country estate. Look forward to a vacation surrounded by colorful meadows and fields. The breathtaking panoramic view promises pure relaxation!
The Watzmann vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the annex (Löslerstraße 31 a). It has a living area of 25 square meters and can accommodate up to 2 people. The large balcony (facing south and west) offers a fantastic view of the Berchtesgaden Mountains and is the perfect spot for a cozy breakfast. The kitchen-living room, equipped with a kitchenette (two-burner stove), features a couch, dining area, and TV. The apartment also includes a small bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

We are a young, down-to-earth family of four who, together with our parents, run a part-time farming business. We love spending time outdoors and exploring the Berchtesgaden mountains ourselves, and we’re happy to answer any questions you may have about tours or hikes.
