Cozy 2-room ground-floor apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a rain shower, a comfortable box-spring bed, and a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 140×200). Private garden, modern Alpine-style decor, and underground parking. Wellness facilities: indoor pool, sauna, and infrared cabin—ideal for couples or small families. Dogs are welcome.

Quiet residential area, ideal for relaxation; close to the train station and the Old Town, which is about a 10-minute walk away. An EDEKA superstore is located about 50 meters away, making it perfect for quick shopping trips—even without a car. A short walk takes you to the valley station of the Karwendelbahn. An ideal starting point for mountaineers and leisure hikers alike.
