About this house rental
You will have 1 outbuilding ac independent entrance, shower room ac wc, cupboards, 2 beds 160x200 and kitchen area. Outside ac terrace, bbq and dining table. Private parking in front of the house.
Large fenced garden for animals.
With a breathtaking view of the Vosges forest, you can access the swimming pool (heated) and the spa (summer/winter)
Nearby: bakery, mini-markets, greenway, forest and lakes (pierced stone, those on the plain, lake of the maix)
Ski downhill 50 km (Gerardmer) / cross-country skiing 20 km Donon / Summer sledging
Fully equipped for cooking, microwave, electric hob, fridge. Cooking utensils are provided (saucepan, cutlery, glasses, plates). The same goes for the bbq (tongs, charcoal and fire starter)
Breakfast is not provided due to the proximity of the bakery (2 minutes walk!)
Sheets and towels are also available
Small space sheltered for bicycles or others
Swimming pool and spa not exclusive to tenants.
Tenants are fully responsible for their actions.
Bring shoes to walk on the wood of the terrace (especially for the little ones, risk of splinters not excluded)
Our swimming pool is beautiful, large with a pit to dive!
It is heated (solar panel) and available depending on the weather.
In principle, it is put into service from mid-June to mid-September depending on the weather
