Towels and dish towels provided. Travel crib and high chair available upon request. Non-smoking room. Parking spaces right on the farm. Bicycle storage is available. Game room with a ping-pong table and foosball table.

Our farm, where we raise young cattle as a sideline, is situated in an idyllic and peaceful location at an elevation of 694 m between Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee in the Chiemgau region. In addition to hikes offering breathtaking views of our lakes and the Chiemgau mountains, our vacation farm is also an ideal starting point for bike tours and visits to well-known attractions in our region. Our farm is not far from the “Zwei-Seenblick” observation tower, which offers a fantastic view of the Chiemgau Alps and breathtaking sunsets. Our younger guests can enjoy a lovely playground, sandbox, play kitchen, toy vehicles, table tennis, foosball, a basketball hoop, a soccer field, and a large trampoline. You can also ride our ponies or lovingly care for our calves, rabbits, cats, guinea pigs, or horses. You can relax and unwind on our large sunbathing lawn. Round out your day leisurely on the porch bench or at the barbecue area
About Us and the Heißenhof
Welcome to the Heißenhof!
Our farm is located on the beautiful Ratzinger Höhe at an elevation of 694 m and has been run as a family business for three generations. Hospitality has a long tradition here: as early as the 1960s, the first summer vacationers spent their vacations on our farm. Our family has always welcomed guests with great warmth and created a place where they can feel at home. In 1992, the Heißenhof was rebuilt. In addition to guest rooms with breakfast, two spacious vacation apartments were added. In 2007, the guest rooms were converted into modern vacation apartments. We operated a dairy farm on our property until 2011. Since 2010, horses have also been part of our farm life. Today, we specialize in raising calves and run the Heißenhof with a deep passion and love for farming. Our three daughters also happily help out on the farm and play a part in ensuring that the Heißenhof remains a vibrant family business.
