About this house rental

Spacious vacation rental for 8 people with a wooded garden perfect for relaxing. But don’t forget to explore the Royans, the Diois, or the Vercors! Véronique and Christophe welcome you to this lush, green setting, located in the foothills of the Vercors Regional Nature Park. Large shaded terrace and wooded grounds. A peaceful rural setting at the gateway to the Drôme region, with a beautiful view of the Vercors mountains. The area is rich in natural and tourist attractions: Gardens with petrifying fountains, a paddlewheel boat, a railway garden, the Thaïs and Choranche caves, the spectacular Gorges de la Bourne road, and the Water Museum. Active travelers can try rock climbing, caving, canyoning, paragliding, or hiking... First floor: spacious living room-kitchen and extra-large living area opening onto the shaded terrace and the grounds. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi. Bedroom 1 (2 beds, 90x200 cm), bathroom with shower, and toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine, Bedroom 2 (3 beds, 90x200 cm), Bedroom 3 (2 single beds, 90x200 cm, and a sitting area), Bedroom 4 (2 beds, 80x190 cm). All beds can be pushed together. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Central heating, laundry room with washer and dryer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue, parking, garden. Christophe and Véronique live 80 meters away in a detached house. The cottage is wheelchair-accessible on the first floor. Please note that the property is not fenced in, so pets should be supervised. All shops and restaurants are in Saint Marcellin, 8 km away; downhill and cross-country skiing are 32 km away. A bakery, pharmacy, and small shops are in Saint Romans, 5 km away....
