This lovingly furnished vacation rental, with about 55 m² of living space, is located in a historic building, just a few steps from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach —perfect for a relaxing vacation as a couple or with the family. Thanks to its central location in town, the train station (approx. 500 m), restaurants (10 m), and shopping (250 m) are all within easy walking distance. Tourist attractions and a well-developed network of trails for bike tours also make this location particularly attractive.
The apartment spans two floors and, with two separate bedrooms, can accommodate up to four people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. In the living area, a cozy sofa invites you to relax, while a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a CD radio provide entertainment. For your convenience, a washing machine, a dryer (shared use), and free Wi-Fi are also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need: An oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are provided, as are dishes and cooking utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a dining table and ample seating for shared meals. A private parking space rounds out the amenities.
