Our residence is located on the fourth floor of a building equipped with an elevator.

A common area accessible to all guests, complete with a microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, cups, and glasses.

Bicycle parking is available inside the building, upon specific request only.

Paid parking is available at Interparking Park Stazione on Via Mameli, very close to the property.

All guests’ identification documents must be presented prior to arrival, as required by Italian law.



Keys must be picked up at our CLEANBNB office at Piazza Alcide de Gasperi 33, Staircase D, 5th floor, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.



For on-site check-in requests, between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, a 15-euro surcharge will be required, payable in cash upon arrival. The office is just a few minutes’ walk from the Padua train station. If you’re traveling by car, there is a large parking lot in Piazza Alcide de Gasperi with a minimum stay of 20 minutes at 60 cents

Check-in must be completed online, as must payment of the tourist tax, prior to your arrival. The tax is EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 5 nights only, as required by the City of Padua.
