The 19th-century apartment measures 120 square meters, featuring a large living room, a kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single canopy beds), and an elegant bathroom with an Art Nouveau atmosphere.
The frescoed vaults, polychrome floors, whitewashed walls, original furniture, and period furnishings will stir your emotions!
Every morning, Franco will welcome you with breakfast at the restaurant “La Cantinetta del Colle.” The restaurant will be open for dinner every Friday and Saturday.

The property is located in the small, quiet village of Montesilvano Colle, perched on a hill 3 km from the town’s beach, 7 km from Pescara, 5 km from Città Sant’Angelo, 10 km from Atri, and 12 km from the beautiful beaches of the Cerrano Marine Reserve.
It is well-connected to the Pescara airport, which is 8 km away.
