About this apartment rental
Welcome to our lovingly furnished 70 m² basement vacation apartment, “Hans,” which combines modern comfort with Bavarian coziness.
The bright living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, dining area, and flat-screen TV, invites you to relax, while large windows offer a view of the garden. The master bedroom, featuring a king-size box-spring bed, offers direct access to the adjacent children’s room, which can accommodate up to two children or one adult—ideal for families.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, makes it easy to cook and enjoy meals. A modern bathroom with a shower, washer, and dryer provides additional comfort—even during longer stays.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious garden with a pergola, a barbecue area, and a sun deck. Children will love the play tower with a slide, while adults can relax and unwind in the evening surrounded by greenery. An EV charging station for electric cars rounds out the amenities.
Towels, bed linens, and a hair dryer are also provided.
Both vacation apartments have a private entrance.
