SWNK Houze Worssstttttt!

Free soap that smells nice, that's all!

1. Yeahh I believe the previous review was very convincing, but to my experience myself, overall I can only rate max. 0.5/10 because their service was quite disappointing, disrespecting and left me feeling regret to book my stay here. Even first impression was failed. The whole process was super chaotic where I believe you can do it better. 2. As someone who has often used Booking apps. for so many times and reached Genius Level 3, this was the first time I’ve experienced being asked to make an 'offline' payment instead of paying through the apps. Somehow the deposit is taking ages to be creditted back. Even dinasour can come back from its extinction waiting for the deposit. If you want to play with people's money,you can definitely go with it but not with me. Perhaps, if there is any deposit or additional charges needed, it should be clearly stated upfront and soley communicated through Booking apps only, not via WhatsApp or whatnot. 3. Bare in mind that the check-in process here was soooo not responsive, tedious and honestly very tiring for anybody who are traveling far for outstation. I thought I came here all the way for a peace of mind, so that I can commute easily to my designated places, but the parking/ the check-in/ treatment made are just double standard. Even when you first checked in, the master bedroom toilet already smelled like someone had just peed and left it unflushed. It was disgusting. 4. Please note that the replies by the agent/owner were even worst, both are somewhat super duper slow, dry and unfriendly. I don't know whether they intentionally slowed down the process or simply couldn't communicate properly, but it pissed me off. Even hiring an agent itself was essentially pointless, as it did not make the process any easier, totally a waste of time. 5. Definitely NOT worth the discount etc. for those looking for a hassle-free stay.

Clean & Comfortable.

The unit is totally new. We are the first guest. Just beside Lalaport shopping centre. The monorel station is attached to the building. The caretaker Mr Emon is very responsive and settled all our needs.

The unit is totally new. We are the first guest. Just beside Lalaport shopping centre. The monorel station is attached to the building. The caretaker Mr Emon is very responsive and settled all our needs.
