Barn converted into two gîtes for 4 and 7 guests, connected only by the main entrance and the garden. Set in a peaceful, green, and natural environment, just 15 minutes from Veillon Beach, one of Vendée’s most beautiful.
The gîte is not available for rental by companies or workers.
Mon petit paradis, a 77 m² gîte in Avrillé, sits at the heart of the estate, surrounded by fields. A one-hectare pond allows catch-and-release fishing and offers a tranquil lake view. Children will love the owners’ birds, chickens, ducks, and dwarf goats.
It accommodates up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, with one bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi, TV, workspace. Private barbecue in the garden, shared washer and dryer, communal parking, step-free access.
Comfort: beds are made on arrival. Towels provided, with quantities suited to your stay. Beach towels available in summer.
Note: a car is essential in the countryside. The hosts live on site, but not in the gîte.
Rules: no smoking (including e-cigarettes) or frying. No wipes or sanitary products in the toilet. No events.
