Recently renovated while preserving its authentic character, Unter dem Ginster combines modern comfort with the warmth and charm of a traditional Sauerland villa. Accommodating up to 12 guests, it offers generous living spaces that are perfect for families and groups.

The spacious living room features a comfortable seating area, a large dining table, and direct access to the private garden and terrace. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, including a dishwasher, oven, ceramic stovetop, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle.

The villa offers six comfortable bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub, shower, sink, and toilet, making it ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, including two king-size rooms, a connecting nursery with a baby crib, and a spacious four-person bedroom—perfect for children, teenagers, or groups of friends. The sixth bedroom is located on the top floor and features another comfortable double bed. A second family bathroom serves the upper floor, while a separate guest restroom is available on the first floor. A high chair is also provided.
