The spacious, 90 m² vacation apartment accommodates up to four people and features stylish furnishings and a pleasant living atmosphere. It features two cozy bedrooms, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a spacious entryway. Amenities include free fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a TV, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, and a microwave. High-quality furnishings and thoughtful details ensure that guests feel right at home from the moment they arrive and can enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of the Saale-Unstrut wine region.

On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made 14–7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, and cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed



Check-in is from 3:00 to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
