Nestled in the charming atmosphere of Occagno, Casa Klaus is a cozy home rich in traditional Italian details, perfect for those who want to unwind and enjoy an authentic experience just like a local. The town is known for its narrow streets, which are by no means dangerous for those who walk them.
Here, life flows at a relaxed pace, full of flavor. Every morning, you can walk just 5 minutes to the Peduzzi Diego Minimarket to buy fresh, just-baked bread, an excellent selection of cheeses, cured meats, and local wines, or stop by the famous “Il Caminetto” bar to enjoy a delicious, perfectly prepared cappuccino.
The apartment is spread over two levels, accessible via stairs. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright living room with a dining table and a charming, fully equipped kitchen—ideal for cooking on your own. The sleeping area offers plenty of space for everyone: it features four large double bedrooms, perfect for comfortably accommodating up to 8 people, along with a full bathroom with a shower.
The highlight of the property is its two panoramic balconies, from which you can admire an enchanting view of the picturesque villages nestled among the mountains— the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine at sunset.
