The space

What truly makes this apartment special is its location: a peaceful and preserved setting surrounded by nature, with uninterrupted views across the Mont Blanc range.

The private 30 m² terrace naturally extends from the living area. Bathed in morning sunshine and completely private, it is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the mountains, share a meal outdoors or simply relax and take in the silence of the Alps.

A few steps lead down to the property's garden, bordered by more than 2,000 m² of protected meadows and green spaces. In spring and autumn, Chamonix's local shepherd occasionally brings his sheep to graze here — a peaceful and wonderfully authentic Alpine scene.

Inside, the apartment has a warm and distinctive atmosphere, with exposed wooden beams, a green Alpine marble floor, a wood-burning stove and a large marble kitchen worktop. The living room is arranged around a built-in seating area and opens generously onto the surrounding landscape through large windows.
