About this apartment rental
Our 65 m2 vacation rental is suitable for 1–6 people. The cozy living room, featuring a sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, telephone, and radio, invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your own meals: a refrigerator with a freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights. One is furnished with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The spacious bathroom with a window features a toilet, shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Our vacation farm is located in a rural setting between Coburg and Bad Rodach in Upper Franconia. In addition to the vacation apartments, we run a part-time farming operation. Our six spacious and lovingly furnished vacation apartments, ranging from 50 to 65 m², can accommodate up to six people. In addition, our separate sleeping room with six beds can be booked as additional sleeping space. Our cozy common room, complete with a kitchen and game corner, invites you to linger and enjoy social gatherings. You also have access to a small fitness room with a foosball table, a sauna, and our garden with a barbecue area, playground, and outdoor pool. The minimum stay is four nights. Shorter or longer stays are available upon request. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. A washing machine and dryer are available in a separate room exclusively for our guests. The fee is 4.00 EUR per appliance per use. A crib can be provided upon request for a fee of 5.00 EUR per stay.
