The Space:

Pheasant Rise sleeps up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms:



-1 bedroom containing a king-size bed



-1 twin bedroom containing two single beds



Each of the first floor bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms containing a walk-in shower, W/C and basin.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms:



-1 bedroom containing a king-size bed



-1 twin bedroom containing two single beds



Another shower room containing a shower cubicle, W/C and basin can be found on the ground floor as well as a separate W/C and basin. The ground floor is also home to a spacious kitchen-dining area with separate lounge which boasts the added feature of a log-burner.



Patio doors in the hallway lead to a sheltered hot tub (max. 8 people) exclusively for the use of guests of Pheasant Rise and provide access to the shared garden.



Pets are welcome at a charge of 30 GBP extra.

Guests at Pheasant Rise have full and exclusive access to the entire four bedroom holiday home. This includes the spacious ground floor kitchen and dining area and the cozy lounge featuring a log burner. You will also enjoy private use of the sheltered hot tub which is accessed via patio doors in the hallway. Outdoors you have access to the shared garden area. Parking is available on the premises for your convenience. Please note that all bedrooms and bathrooms within the property are private for your use during your stay.

To ensure your stay at Pheasant Rise is as comfortable as possible please note that check in time begins at 15:00 and check out is required by 11:00 on your day of departure. We are happy to welcome pets at the property for an additional fee of 30 GBP. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the holiday home. Guests have access to complimentary parking on the premises. Please be mindful that the hot tub is for the exclusive use of our guests and we ask that you follow all safety guidelines provided at the property during your stay.
