About this cottage rental
Welcome to the otter cottage!
Country house for 7 people located 500 meters from the Chancelade pond! The fully enclosed land allows you to accommodate the whole family as well as pets in complete safety. A large indoor swimming pool not overlooked is accessible, swimming is possible from May to mid-October.
The accommodations are fully equipped:
- 2 equipped kitchens with dishwasher
- a large living room for 10 people with 4k TV (netflix/disney+/amazon prime available)
- a small living room with Bonzini b90 table football with free access
- Wood stove for a warm atmosphere
- 3 bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed)
- 2 bathrooms with showers
A small path (about 500 meters) allows access to the Chancelade pond, the largest pond in Auvergne (110 hectares). Several hikes are possible as well as predator or carp fishing. Being a professional fishing guide I can offer you day or half day fishing on the pond during your stay or equipment rental.
Sheets and towels are available as an option (Extra charge of 60€)
A deposit of 350€ and a certificate of civil liability will be requested on your arrival.
