Welcome to the MATALANI Vacation Rental!
Our cozy vacation rental, approximately 83 m² in size, is located in Attenhausen near Sontheim in the Unterallgäu region. Whether it’s a family vacation, a romantic getaway, an active vacation, or a trip with your four-legged friend—here, you can unwind, relax, and enjoy the beautiful Allgäu countryside.
The MATALANI vacation rental features:
an inviting living and dining area,
a kitchen,
two bedrooms, a portable travel crib for self-assembly,
a sleeping area on the sofa (for children up to 12 years old),
a high chair,
a bathroom with a washer and dryer,
a free outdoor parking space right next to the front door,
an underground parking space with a separate, lockable basement storage room—e.g., for bicycles—is available for a fee of 20.00 € per stay,
a large, fenced-in garden (approx. 80 m²) for your exclusive use
a large covered terrace
an elevator from the basement to the first floor and up to the apartment.
Thanks to the fenced-in garden, your child or pet can enjoy the fresh air while you relax comfortably on the terrace with a cup of coffee.
(Please note that we allow only one pet per booking
and charge an additional fee of €10.70 per night.)
The Attenhausen quarry lake is located in the immediate vicinity. The large surrounding forests also offer a wonderful opportunity for nature walks.
