About this house rental
Matt and Jo offer you their holiday cottage in Lautenbach-Zell, in the Haut-Rhin, in Alsace.
It can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children maximum. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Located 30 minutes from Mulhouse and Colmar, it is 15kms from the Markstein ski slopes. Close to Germany or Switzerland, about 1h.
The cottage is composed of a single room of 10m2 with a bed of 160x200 and a mattress of hotel quality. In the 15m2 living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, hood, fridge/freezer) with all the necessary equipment (filter coffee maker and nespresso capsules, toaster).
A sofa bed can be used by 2 young children or an adult (see photos).
Wifi is present and free as well as a 55' connected TV.
The bathroom is composed of a 140x90 shower, a sink and a toilet.
We provide bed linen and shower towels. Pool towels are to be brought.
The pool is shared with us and our friends. It is heated to 28° from June 15th to September 16th approximately. After or before depending on the weather.
A parking lot is reserved for you in front of our house. We can put bicycles, motorcycles or skis in a garage in complete safety.
Ideal location to discover the ridge route, the Alsace wine route, hiking or cycling, mountain biking...
Restaurant in the village, small grocery store with bread depot 800m away.
