We offer you this spacious new 100 m² accommodation, equipped with a large terrace, to meet with your family, with friends or for work with an excellent WIFI-Ethernet connection via fibre.
The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Ungersheim 100 m from the village square, the bakery, the pharmacy and a small grocery store offering local products.
On the first floor, you will find a spacious entrance-kitchen-living room as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The living room is equipped with a fixed sofa for 2 people and a 3-seater sofa convertible into a bed 140 x 200 cm (duvet 200 x 200 cm), a beautiful 55-inch LG TV with Netflix.

a bedroom with double bed (mattress) 160 x 200 cm (duvet 220 x 240 cm) and a teleworking tablet, wifi and RJ45,
a bedroom with 2 beds (mattresses) 90 x 200 cm (duvets 200 x 200 cm) and a teleworking desk, wifi and RJ45.
The accommodations are not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The place is not suitable for the organization of parties. Only guests who have been deducted from the booking will access the accommodation.
Visits by outside people are not allowed.
Your vehicle is parked safely on the property.
Circulation areas are shared.
The swimming pool, the playground (trampoline) are shared spaces.
Presence of an unsupervised pool area, no visits during your stay.
The pool area is accessible from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm from the beginning of June to the end of August.
The pool is not heated and shared.
Dogs are not allowed in the pool area (even on a leash).
No music outside.
For insurance reasons, the capacity of the accommodation cannot exceed 4 people, including babies. You will therefore have to count the babies if there are any in the children's box at the time of booking.
A high chair and a cot for babies (on request) are provided free of charge.
Pillows, duvets, fleece blanket are provided, but the supply of bed linen is to be booked as an option before your arrival: €15 per single bed, €20 per double bed). Beds are made on arrival.
Towels are also optional: a set of towels (a towel and a bath towel) is €10.
Pets are allowed: the flat rate per pet is €20 + €5/night. Dogs are to be kept on a leash on the property. Only socialized dogs are welcome.
