Located about 700 meters from the lake, the city center and Luino train station are just a few minutes’ walk away. Shopping options and the beaches of Germignaga and Lido Luino—with its pool—are nearby.

We have two free parking spaces on the property! This is a huge advantage, as you don’t have to search for a free public parking spot or a paid parking lot every time you want to drive to the stores or go on an outing!
Guests have access to two double beds and a double sleeper sofa, which are perfect for a restful night’s sleep. There is plenty of storage space; each bedroom features a wardrobe, a dresser, a table, chairs and armchairs, lamps, and mirrors.
These three rooms, designed entirely with your comfort in mind, are fully equipped: bed linens and towels, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee capsules for the first day, iron, oven, and a full set of kitchenware. Toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Laundry detergent. Every detail has been designed to ensure you have everything you need.
We also have two air conditioners, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Fly screens on the windows.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, with all surfaces disinfected.
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
The apartment is ideally located between Luino and Gemignaga, where there is a free, well-equipped beach. You can reach both the beach and the center of Luino on foot. There are many restaurants and shops, a beautiful lakeside promenade, and a harbor offering boat tours to all the nearby towns along the lake.
