For fitness enthusiasts, the gym is fully equipped with everything needed for an intense workout. After an intense workout, rinse off in the outdoor shower and jump into the 15-meter lap pool for a swim or to recharge. The neighborhood, which is approximately a 1-mile loop, is perfect for a nice run or walk.

For grill masters, enjoy the outdoor kitchen with a grill that offers three cooking options: charcoal, flame grill, or gas burner. The choice is yours.
