There is helpful signage throughout the property with simple instructions and friendly reminders. These are in place to help ensure a smooth, enjoyable stay for everyone, based on common questions and past guest experiences.
Please note there is no public garbage service. garbage must be disposed of by you prior to check out at a local dump facility.
A Rental Agreement must be e-signed within 48 hours of creating your booking.
A Security Deposit hold of $200 will be held on guest credit card prior to arrival and released after departure pending no damages.

This cottage was great, clean and well appointed. It had a beautiful view, dock and good fiahing. Check-in was easy. The cottage was clean and super well appointed. I've definitely called other cottages well appointed but this was actually really well appointed. There was hardly anything we were wanting for. Strangely, it has more bathrooms than the listing says: there are three, and one of the showers is separate from where the toilet is, which is handy when you're dealing with a 8 people. I never thought of a washer dryer as a "need" in a rental before, but it was very nice to have it to dry off bathing suits and towels. You do have to take your garbage to the dump or home. Please note the mearest dump has a 15 minimum charge and is not easy to locate without GPS. I have no complaints and will consider this cottage for future trips.

The cottage itself was amazing! Had a great time relaxing! Everything was clean. I must of missed read or didn’t catch it but bedding is included but no blankets so bring your own blankets,
