The property offers 2 bright, comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing your meals, and a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote working.

Large windows offer breathtaking views of the valley and glimpses of Lake Piediluco nestled among the hills. Outside, enjoy your own private balcony and open terrace with lake and mountain views—ideal for sunset aperitifs—a shared garden, a communal outdoor pool open from mid-May to late October (dates may vary with weather), a shared barbecue area, and private on-site parking.
