With 45 square meters of living space on the 3rd floor—easily accessible by elevator—you’ll find a thoughtfully designed living space that leaves nothing to be desired.
The non-smoking apartment features two rooms, including a cozy bedroom and an inviting living room with a sofa area that’s perfect for relaxing. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (max. 3 adults!).
A special highlight is the covered balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a fantastic view of the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features amenities such as a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle, so you can easily prepare your own meals.
The bathroom is functionally designed with a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror.
From the bedroom, you can enjoy a beautiful, unobstructed view of the countryside.
For your comfort, there is also Wi-Fi, two TVs, and a radio.
The house also has shared washing machines and dryers available for your use (coin-operated).
Thanks to its central yet beachfront location, the ocean and the sandy beach are just about 50 meters away.
A free private parking space right next to the property rounds out the amenities.
