About this house rental
Welcome to our house!
Its location is ideal for your stays with family or friends, for cures or for the beaches of the Landes.
100 m² single-storey house that can accommodate up to 6 people:
- 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe
- 1 bedroom with double bed, dressing room
- 1 bedroom / office with single or double convertible bench seat
All beds are 160 x 190 cm (queen size).
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house has a spacious and bright double living room. The sofa and armchairs invite you to relax. The wood-burning stove, the piano and the library at your disposal offer a warm and friendly moment.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, freezer, 3-burner hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher. The central island offers a practical space where everyone can gather for a drink, cook or to eat.
The bathroom has a large Italian shower and a large vanity top, with a soft light mirror (adjustable) and an anti-fog function. You will also find the washing machine (no dryer), and the drying rack. The toilet is separate.
On the garden side, enjoy 2 terraces throughout the day with their west and east exposure. The small terrace is covered with garden furniture and coffee table, the large terrace with a large dining table has a shade cloth. Enjoy the soft and friendly evenings around the electric plancha. A hammock and deckchairs are at your disposal, while the children can play in the large lawn. The garden is fenced.
Located 15 minutes from Dax, the house is easily accessible by car or taxi.
By public transportation, take the Couralin F bus from Dax station (TER, TGV...).
Biarritz airport is about 45 minutes away.
About Angoumé:
Our charming village of about 300 people has no shops. The nearest bakery is located 5 minutes away by car (Best Bakery in France 2026). Dax has many shops and large food stores. The Saturday morning market is beautifully stocked. Angoumé has many well-maintained green spaces designed to enjoy with the family: picnic tables, children's games, table tennis, petanque, basketball, football, table football etcPGJyPg�PGJyPg

- Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, but we ask you to return the house in a good condition. During your stay, cleaning facilities are available
- Pets are allowed on prior request
