Our “Meerluft” vacation rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen is the perfect base for relaxation and adventure for up to 4 people.

The apartment is part of the “Sünnslag” vacation complex (Low German for “sunny location”; “Sünn” = sun and “Lag” = location). This popular vacation complex is located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, in a particularly quiet and sunny spot.

Spanning approximately 53 m², this cozy, 2-room, non-smoking apartment with private access awaits you on the first floor. For a relaxing vacation, you’ll have access to a living room with a dining area, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a terrace (including 2 lounge chairs).

From the bright living room, you can step out onto the south-facing, furnished terrace with a view of nature. A large cantilever umbrella protects you from excessive sun.

The living room is furnished with a large dining table, two comfortable armchairs, and a couch. For cozy evenings, you’ll find rechargeable LED lights and options for indirect lighting. The comfortable sleeper sofa provides sleeping space (160 x 200 cm) for two people. The windows can be darkened with pleated blinds. The living area has tile flooring.

A variety of board and party games, along with a 55″ flat-screen TV with Magenta TV and a 5.1 home theater system, will keep you entertained even on rainy days. You can also listen to the radio or play your music via Bluetooth through the home theater system.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The kitchen is separate and offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. It features a refrigerator with a 3* freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, an air fryer, and a microwave. For your coffee enjoyment, you’ll find both a drip coffee maker and a capsule coffee machine (Bosch Tassimo). If you’d like to bake a cake, you’ll also find a loaf pan and a hand mixer. The dishwasher takes care of washing the dishes.

In the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 40″ flat-screen TV with Magenta TV. A large closet provides ample storage space for your vacation wardrobe. The floor here is vinyl. The window can be darkened with a blackout blind and is also equipped with a fly screen.

A shower room with a rain shower and a mirror cabinet is also included.

Children and pets are welcome here. A travel crib and a high chair are available for our little guests. Two ceramic bowls (for medium to large dogs) are provided for your furry friend.

An outdoor parking space and a bike shed are located right next to the apartment. In the shed, you’ll find two bicycles, a handcart, and patio chairs (Please note: there is no legal entitlement to these rental items). You can store your own bicycles in the bike shed or next to the house.

From the Sünnslag vacation complex, it’s about a 400-meter walk to the rocky cove, the Baltic Sea beach (Beach Access 1 / dog beach), and the center of Boltenhagen. Shopping options are located about 200 meters away in the immediate vicinity.

There are various restaurants in the center of Boltenhagen.

You can discover this Baltic Sea resort in many different ways—explore the Klützer Mühle and enjoy the fine-sand beach stretching for kilometers, complete with numerous play, sports, and adventure activities. Boltenhagen is a true Baltic Sea paradise for families and active vacationers, whether you’re traveling by car, bike, or on foot.

It’s about 3.8 km to Klütz (e.g., Bothmer Castle/additional shopping options), about 17 km to Grevesmühlen (e.g., the nearest hospital), and about 23.8 km to Wismar (e.g., the Wonnemar water park).
