It can accommodate up to 4 people and features 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a modern bathroom, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, a security door, an alarm system, a flood prevention system, and a garage available upon request. The ideal choice for a vacation combining the beach, relaxation, history, and comfort.
The property has been completely renovated (completion scheduled for early August 2026), with all electrical, gas, and air conditioning systems replaced. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioner (Daikin) and a dimmable LED lighting system to create relaxing lighting effects or ones that match your mood. The apartment features a security door and triple-pane windows for maximum thermal and acoustic comfort. Access to the building is via a magnetic card, which, in addition to serving as an access key, activates all systems within the apartment (except for the refrigerator and air conditioning units, which remain on at all times). The system is designed so that when the card is removed from its slot, not only is the electricity shut off, but the gas and water solenoid valves also close, ensuring total safety against any risk of gas leaks or water leaks (There is also a gas detection and flood prevention system that, if triggered, not only shuts off the gas and water solenoid valves but also alerts the host to any leaks via the alarm control panel. For the most discerning guests, there is also an intrusion alarm system that can be activated at your discretion.
