First floor: spacious living area with a fireplace, cozy sofa set with a pull-out bed and armchairs, satellite TV (flat-screen), free internet (Wi-Fi), board games and books for cozy evenings, separate, fully equipped, high-quality built-in kitchen with a cooking island, large dining table for 6 people, 4-burner stove (induction), oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and various small appliances; large bathroom with walk-in shower (accessible), toilet, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and washing machine
Upper floor: 1st bedroom with a box-spring bed (single mattress, 180 cm x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV; 2nd bedroom also with a box-spring bed (single mattress, 180 cm x 200 cm); each bedroom has its own large bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, a luxury sauna with a lounge area, a large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a terrace with patio furniture (6 patio chairs) featuring comfortable cushions, a beach umbrella, and a grill available
The beautiful, newly built semi-detached house “Sanddorn” is modern and furnished with great attention to detail. The vacation home is ideally located in the seaside resort of Breege. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, as well as insect screens in some areas and exterior blinds. A washing machine (free of charge) and a clothes drying rack are available for your use. “Sanddorn” is a smoke-free home. For the little ones, there is a crib and a high chair. The “Sanddorn” house, with approximately 100 square meters of living space, offers everything a vacationer could wish for. Starting with the cozy living area featuring a fireplace and a very well-equipped kitchen, you’ll also find a classic steam sauna upstairs for relaxation. Restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The Breeger Harbor, approximately 400 meters away, offers boat excursions to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden cruises, crane-watching tours, and trips to the Störtebeker Festival. A sailing school is also located in the seaside resort. Excellent cycling and hiking opportunities to explore the island round out the offerings. The parking space is located right next to the house. Lockable storage for bicycles is available. Dogs are welcome here! (Fee: 5 euros per dog per night).
