Days in Whangamatā are all about sun, sand and taking things easy, and this Ocean Road abode puts you in a great spot to enjoy it all. Wander to the beach, stroll to the Surf Club or head into town for a coffee or bite to eat – there’s little need for the car once you arrive.
Modern, comfortable and well laid out, the home has three bedrooms plus a separate cabin at the rear, sleeping up to eight guests in total.
There is room to park a boat (up to 5 metres) and there is a bonus outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Double-glazing, portable fans and heaters will keep you comfortable all year round.
Whether you’re heading out for a morning swim, wandering into town or simply enjoying a slower pace, this is an easy base for a classic Whangamatā beach holiday.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
