The apartment that is posted there is not known by the building administration stuff they are scamme
Did not get a chance to even stay in the property I just payed and never got in contact with the host neither owner of the property. Their contact they provided me went straight to voicemail and I even tried to message and call but still they never get to me. Went to their admin desk where they said the apartment is at in the Booking.com site but know one knew about this apartment at all the admin stuff stuff even tried to help in providing me with the contacts of 3 different owners of company stays that are in that building but no luck in finding of this particular person. Did not I repeat do not even try to book this place it’s a scam and just taking people’s money with no trace and vanish in thin air. Been waiting for my full refund as they inconvenience me but I got to read that they had policy that the isn’t no refund that is allowed there at all. My question is how did this scammer come about in posting on the Booking.com site with out being verified and saw that it is legitimate and people are booking in a safe and space with legit information that that are providing us. As much as the address of the property in booking.com site is legitimate but the apartment is unknown and even in the floor that they said is situated in it, the security guards said the is no such they ain’t no short stays there but tenants whom live there.
Require and been emiling for the full refund but no response. Even with the booking.com site agents with no luck
Is the fact that I couldn’t reach they whereas money was dedicated from my account but they didn’t even bother at all to be worried about me wasting my money and not even staying because they were playing hide and seek with me. Tried to use the contacts details provided here on the site but none of them worked at all. Even the number provided was on voicemail in fact I was sent straight to voicemail. Make sure background and verification of these properties that you post is done and followed accordingly because you are costing us in all. And I demand my full refund of the stay too, and I don’t know how you gonna do it but make it happen. Can’t afford to be scammed like this weak try your lunch else where
