Horrible (cafard, travaux, bruist des clients, lumiéres des chambres voisines, salleté )
jai découvert un appartement en plein travaux. On ma alors annoncé que ma salle de bain était inutilisable, tout en massurant quelle serait réparée dans la nuit.
La chambre qui métait attribuée nétait absolument pas prête : du linge était étendu un peu partout, notamment sur le lit et dans la pièce. La dame qui gère le logement a dû préparer le lit à la hâte pendant que je patientais encore. Le linge de lit était froissé, non repassé, et la housse de couette présentait une importante tache rouge.
je nai pas protesté, souhaitant simplement pouvoir enfin minstaller après cette longue attente.
moquette extrêmement sale, murs tachés, câbles apparents et traînant dans la pièce. Rien ne correspondait aux conditions minimales de propreté et de confort que lon est en droit dattendre dun appartement proposé à la location.
Mais le pire restait à venir. Alors que je venais de minstaller dans le lit, jai rallumé la lumière et découvert un cafard directement dans mon lit .
Jai donc été installée dans une chambre voisine, dont létat ne présentait guère damélioration : moquette tout aussi sale, linge de lit peu engageant. les chambres ont été spéré par de simple porte votrées qui laisse passer la lumiére et le buruit. Les fenêtres étaient très mal isolées, laissant passer aussi bien le froid que les bruits extérieurs.
Quant à la salle de bain initialement prévue, elle était toujours hors service. La dame qui gère le logement ma alors proposé dutiliser une autre salle de bain, partagée avec une personne, une situation particulièrement inconfortable comem si c'était un auberge de jeunesse. Malgré lassurance que les réparations seraient effectuées dans la nuit, ma salle de bain na finalement jamais été remise en service pendant mon séjour.
Il était déjà plus de 22 heures lorsque jai enfin pu minstaller dans cette deuxième chambre.
Pourtant, le calme était loin dêtre au rendez-vous.

L emplacement et le calme. La propriétaire qui a été très réactive suite à un soucis au départ et qui reste joignable très facilement.
Le démarrage. Nous sommes arrivés dans un lieu en plein travaux. Chambre et salle de bain non nettoyées, taie d oreiller déchirée. Heureusement après notre plainte par mail, la propriétaire arrive et répare tout. Ce logement a un fort potentiel mais les réservations ont commencé trop tôt. Il y a un vrai manque d explications en amont de ce que vous allez trouver sur place. Cela fait un peu comme un colocation géante mais dans un lieu en travaux. Pas d eau chaude (juste tiède) et pas de wifi ou très peu (par période) - les répartiteurs fonctionnent mal. Attention à l isolation aussi si vous avez des voisins un peu bruyants.

FAKE!!! Це фейк!!! Такого житла не існує! Ми оплатили! Але по номеру ніхто не бере трубку. Лише в воцапі написали що нічого не здають! Ми з дітьми приїхали в Париж і залишились на вулиці о 22:30 бо нас не заселили! Я вночі шукала щось інше без грошей на карті. Повезло що дочка гарно знає англійську і змогла домовитись із букінг поо поверненн наших грошей!!!
Що це фейк квартира! Гроші взяли і не заселили! Ми залишились з дітьми на вулиці. Без грошей на карті.
