About this apartment rental

Cozy Paris is a two bedromm apartment facing the famous park of "Les Buttes Chaumont". The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all places you want to go as the metro is only 2 minutes away.

The apartent is fully furnished and the decoration was made by an architect which makes the apartment so comfortable. It has a balcony where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at the end of the day after a day exploring Paris.

The master bedroom has a queen bed (160X200) and the bathroom attached to it. The second bedroom has a a sofa bed (120/200) which can accommodate 2 children or one adult The AC is located in the master bedroom.

The open kitchen has all amenities to prepare a meal and the living room is spacious with a sofa and access to the balcony and a view on the parK.

This apartment is perfect for 1 to 4 guests.

It has an elevator and a parking (extra fee for it).
