About this house rental
Our house is located on the first line facing the sea, with a beautiful view of the bay of Skälderviken. It is located less than a two-minute walk from the sea swimming and an adjacent communal swimming pool.
Living area: 200 m², including the house and a guest house.
The property comprises two to four family areas, each consisting of a master bedroom with a double bed and, right next to it, a smaller bedroom with bunk beds.
Depending on the configuration chosen, the house can accommodate up to 17 people.PGJyPgPGJyPg
1,000 m² garden. Parking equipped with two charging stations. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
The house has a shared kitchen in the style of the 1960s, a dining room open to the living room, a veranda on the garden side and another facing the sea. It also includes a small cinema room with an exceptional view of the sea, as well as a second small living room upstairs, with a balcony and an equally magnificent view of the bay of Skälderviken.
There are two bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Two of the bathrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flip-up changing tables. The house also includes a piano, Wi-Fi throughout the property, and private parking for two cars with two charging stations — charging fees are charged extra. In the eight-person configuration, one of the shower rooms is not accessible.
The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
In the charming village of Arild there are restaurants, a small harbour with canoe hire, 2 18-hole golf courses nearby, beautiful walks on paths overlooking the sea and Sweden's largest wine producers.PGJyPg
