Let yourself be charmed by an old farmhouse with over a century of history, expertly restored. The interiors, featuring high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, offer spacious, bright, and elegant rooms, tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. Outside, you’ll find a charming stone well, a well-maintained garden, a swimming pool, and relaxation areas. Located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore and the train station with direct service to Milan.
The apartment is on the second floor of the farmhouse and is accessible via an internal staircase. We, the owners, live on the floor below and will be available for any needs you may have, while ensuring the utmost discretion and respect for our guests’ privacy. The apartment’s interior spaces are for guests’ exclusive use, while the pool and garden are shared with us.
Since we live on the floor below, we’ll be available—discreetly—to assist with any needs. I am a native English speaker and would be happy to share personalized recommendations, from the most picturesque and lesser-known spots around Lake Maggiore to the best restaurants, walks, and villages— scoprire.La The pool is available from June through September (weather permitting). It is unheated and perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the summer months.
POOL SAFETY RULES
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult in and around the pool area.
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Pool depth: 1.5 m (150 cm).


We live on the lower floor of the farmhouse with our four senior Jack Russells, who are very affectionate and used to being around people. After their morning walk, they spend most of the day resting in the garden and do not have access to the guest apartment. We only ask that you take the utmost care when opening and closing the front gate to ensure their safety.

A charging station (Type 2 wallbox) for electric vehicles is also available for a fee (40 cents/kWh) to make your stay even more convenient.

Tourist tax: Pursuant to Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 23 of March 14, 2011, and the Regulations of the Municipality of Castelletto Sopra Ticino, a tourist tax of €1.00 per person per night is due. The amount must be paid at check-in (or check-out) directly to the property. Exemptions as established by law apply

In compliance with Italian regulations governing short-term rentals, Cascina del Pozzo does not offer breakfast service. However, we are pleased to welcome our guests with a small welcome gift, provided upon arrival, to begin their stay with a thoughtful gesture.
