BEDROOM 1
Features two single beds, measuring 90 cm x 190 cm, with high-quality bedding and a restored designer wardrobe, sleeping 1 person. With a unique design and plenty of character, this bedroom overlooks the Salamanca Cathedral and opens onto the outdoor terrace. Spacious and bright bedroom.
BEDROOM 2
Features a single bed measuring 1.35 cm x 190 cm with high-quality bedding, sleeping 2 people, and a wardrobe. The windows overlook the inner courtyard. A crib is available upon request.
LIVING ROOM
The spacious living room opens onto the kitchen. It features a TV and a very comfortable Italian-designed sofa bed that sleeps 2 people. The dining area features a dining table for 6 people with matching chairs.
BATHROOMS
There is one fully equipped bathroom with two separate areas, including a shower and sink. A hair dryer, iron, towels, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your comfort during your stay in Salamanca.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as an oven, refrigerator, microwave, range hood, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso Dolce Gusto electric coffee maker, kettle, dishes and plates, wine glasses, and toaster.
CHECK-IN
In addition, guest registration will be done online. Guests must fill out all their information from home at any time; there is no need to submit documentation upon arrival at the accommodation. • When checking in, we ask that you complete the guest registration form, which you are legally required to sign; this is mandatory documentation for the guest registry.
The apartment is registered with the Castilla y León Tourism Registry as a tourist accommodation under number 37/000817.
For long-term stays, we provide cleaning and change the sheets and towels weekly or upon the guest’s request.

towels.
· Thorough cleaning of the apartment, with special attention to areas such as handrails, door handles, and doorknobs.
· Use of top-quality disinfectants throughout the apartment.
· Remote controls are covered with a disposable plastic bag.
