Set in a privileged location in Les Chosalets, Argentière, it enjoys magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif and is ideally positioned at the foot of the Grands Montets ski area.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests in comfort, the chalet combines traditional Alpine architecture with generous contemporary spaces, large windows, natural materials and high-quality equipment. It is surrounded by a private garden of more than 2,000 sq m, with no overlooking neighbours.

An exceptional location near Grands Montets

The chalet is located beside the Les Chosalets beginner ski slope and the Argentière cross-country skiing circuit, within easy reach of the Grands Montets ski lifts.
Depending on snow conditions, experienced skiers may be able to reach the Grands Montets ski area directly on skis and return close to the chalet. This possibility is subject to weather and snow coverage and cannot be guaranteed throughout the season.

A bus stop is approximately 200 metres away, providing convenient access to the other ski areas in the Chamonix Valley. Argentière village centre, with its restaurants, bars, shops and railway station, is around a 15-minute walk away. Chamonix is approximately eight minutes away by car.
Spacious living areas with Mont Blanc views

The entire upper floor is dedicated to a bright, open-plan living area of approximately 90 sq m. Large windows and a balcony offer uninterrupted views across the Mont Blanc massif.

The living space is divided into several welcoming areas:
- A comfortable TV lounge with a large screen
- A cosy sitting area arranged around the fireplace
- A generous dining area with a bar
- A contemporary open-plan kitchen
- A separate guest toilet

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, dishwasher, American-style fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set and fondue set.

This spacious layout allows everyone to spend time together while still enjoying separate areas for watching a film, relaxing by the fire, sharing a meal or cooking.

Four comfortable bedrooms

All four bedrooms are located on the garden level and open directly onto the terrace and outdoor hot tub.

Mont Blanc Master Suite
A spacious suite with a king-size bed, private bathroom, separate toilet, TV, desk, wardrobe and safe.

Second Mont Blanc Suite
A comfortable suite with a king-size bed, private shower room with toilet, TV, desk and wardrobe.

Chardonnet Bedroom
A flexible bedroom with a queen-size bed that can be arranged as two single beds. It also includes a TV and wardrobe.

Aiguilles Rouges Bedroom
A second flexible bedroom with a queen-size bed that can be converted into two single beds, as well as a TV and wardrobe.

The Chardonnet and Aiguilles Rouges bedrooms share a modern shower room and a separate toilet.

Private hot tub, sauna and fitness area

After a day in the mountains, guests can relax in the private four-person outdoor hot tub while enjoying views towards Mont Blanc.

The ground floor also features a private wellness and fitness area with:
- Sauna
- Additional shower
- Rowing machine
- Weight bench, weights and dumbbells

Please note that the shower in the fitness and sauna area is an additional shower rather than a fourth full bathroom.

Designed for skiing and mountain activities

The chalet has a dedicated ski room and boot room with direct outdoor access. Boot and glove dryers are provided, making it easy to store and dry equipment after a day on the slopes.

The ground floor also includes:
- A separate TV and games room with a large screen
- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board
- A covered garage with direct access to the chalet
- Additional outdoor parking
- A covered bicycle storage area for up to six bicycles, with electrical sockets for charging e-bikes

In summer, walking trails and mountain routes can be accessed directly from the surrounding area.

Comfort and connectivity

The chalet benefits from underfloor heating, very high-speed fibre internet and a latest-generation tri-band Wi-Fi 7 network, making it equally suitable for holidays and remote working.

Bed linen and towels are provided, with one set per stay. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Additional housekeeping during the stay can be arranged for an extra charge.

We live only a few minutes away and can respond quickly if assistance is required. A local co-host is also available to help guests during their stay.
