With the Sugar Mountain Ski Shuttle stopping right at the corner of the property, this spacious getaway combines peaceful mountain surroundings with convenient access to the slopes. Featuring five king bedrooms, two additional sleeping areas, three separate living areas, a sauna, and a hot tub, the home offers plenty of room for multiple families to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a memorable mountain escape.

Surrounded by privacy and beautiful year-round mountain views, the property offers a quiet retreat just minutes from Sugar Mountain's attractions. During winter, the nearby ski shuttle stop makes getting to the slopes more convenient, without the hassle of finding parking on busy ski days.

With accommodations for up to 16 guests, the home features five king bedrooms, a bonus room, and a loft, providing seven sleeping areas in total. Three king bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, making the home a great option for families with members who prefer to minimize stair use. Additional sleeping spaces are located on other levels.
The three separate living areas allow larger groups and multiple families to spread out, spend time together, or enjoy a little privacy. The loft above the game room features four single beds, ideal for children and teens, while the movie room and lounge above the primary bedroom includes a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. Every bedroom features a ceiling fan, closet, hangers, and a smart TV.

The fully renovated kitchen features granite countertops, a large island, and stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation easy for groups. Dining options include a main table seating 10, a second table seating six, and four additional seats at the kitchen island.
The main living room features leather sofas, a propane fireplace, and mountain views. A second living area offers a wood-burning fireplace and additional gathering space, while the third living area provides even more room to relax and unwind.

The flat, fenced backyard provides space for dogs to explore, while a basketball hoop offers another way to enjoy time outdoors. The paved driveway accommodates up to 10 vehicles, and a garage provides additional convenience.

Located on Sugar Mountain, the property offers convenient access to skiing, dining, shopping, and nearby mountain communities, including Banner Elk and Beech Mountain. Four-wheel drive or tire chains are recommended during winter and may be required by the Town of Sugar Mountain during snow or icy conditions.
