Located in Peynier, a charming Provençal village ideally located between Aix-en-Provence and the Sainte-Victoire mountain, this fully equipped new house welcomes you for a comfortable stay with family or friends.
Easily accessible as soon as you arrive in the village, the cottage is located on a local service axis and also benefits from a private parking space.
Outside, a private terrace invites you to share beautiful moments of conviviality with garden furniture, an outdoor dining table, electric plancha and parasol to enjoy sunny meals.
On the first floor, you will enjoy a pleasant, bright and air-conditioned living room with two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining table and six chairs.
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, small appliances and all the necessary equipment to prepare your meals independently.
The cottage has three bedrooms:
On the first floor:
- a master suite with double bed 160 x 200 cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the outside.
Upstairs:
- a second bedroom equipped with a double bed 160 x 200 cm, bedside tables and storage spaces
- a children's bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm single beds and storage space.
Upstairs, a second bathroom with a contemporary design and toilet completes the sleeping area.
Near the owners' home, you can also enjoy a shared salt water swimming pool secured by alarm, accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
